
The Hussar-Salmon Salad is offered here by this blog for all those who believe that dieting is rather more than drinking diet softdrinks.
Recipe: Hussar-Salmon Salad
Ingredients: portion for two:
- lettuce – 6 leaves
- tomatoes – 3
- cucumbers (salad cucumber) – 1/2
- red or green peppers – 1
- hard boiled eggs – 3
- chickpeas -
- black olives -
- smoked salmon – plenty
How to prepare:
Wash all and cut to pieces – arrange as fancy
Dressing:
- Greek yoghurt + 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise + garlic powder or fresh pressed garlic + pepper (no salt)
